I took it in to Phil Long Ford where I purchased the vehicle and they took care of the issue and made sure that it was done right. They provided me with a car as I work outside the home at no cost. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of t My positive experience with Phil Long Ford started out as an unfortunate situation. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of their lot on a snowy morning. Unfortunately, there was a raised concrete surface underneath the snow, and unable to see it, I drove on top of it damaging the body of my car. As you might imagine, I was very upset. After he read the letter I sent to him, Robert McMann contacted me immediately. He reviewed photos from the incident, and promptly told me that Phil Long Ford would have my car repaired. Mr. McMann then made all of the necessary arrangements with a body shop and had me drop off my car at the Phil Long Ford Dealership. He provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, handled all of the work with the body shop, and returned my car to me in great condition. I was quick to criticism Phil Long Ford when I did not believe they would address the situation - so I want to publicly share that when Mr. McMann reviewed the situation, he responded promptly, thoroughly, and professionally to ensure that my car was repaired. I am impressed by how Mr. McMann and Phil Long Ford stepped up to make things right for me in this situation. More

That was good but when I picked up the car I found damage on the console between the front seats. There were dings and pits where there were none before. The leather seats seem to be undamaged. The man at the desk didn't tell us his name or have any business cards so I don't know who we were working with. More

Amazing Customer Service If I could give more stars I would. My 2013 F150 lost all acceleration and so I took it to Phil Long for service, they repaired it and I picked it up. If I could give more stars I would. My 2013 F150 lost all acceleration and so I took it to Phil Long for service, they repaired it and I picked it up. Within 48 hours it broke down again, you would think why is this guy giving them 5 stars. We had replaced the lead plate on the throttle body and hoped that was what as wrong but then everything went south, even the techs could not figure it out. I worked with Gary Warren and he was a super star, everything they replaced worked and then failed, the service bill was racking up and the truck still failed testing. Ford said to replace throttle body and wire harness and if that failed, replace the PCM, which I had to do. I thought this was ridiculous and we are now at thousands of dollars in repairs. Well Phil Long stepped up and helped with the repair costs, which they did not need to and Ford corporate stepped in and also helped with the costs! Turns out that the truck came from Canada and was programmed wrong when it got here. Here's the kicker, I had purchased cars and trucks from Phil Long before but not this one but I have done all my services with them and they still helped. Thank you for your customer service, thank you for rewarding my loyalty and thank you for just caring to help! More
