C-Max Recall Having been informed there was a safety recall on the electrical "plug in" rechargeable part for my hybrid I was eager to get this done. Having this done at the dealership I have used for 20 years seemed the obvious choice. However after several attempts for information it seemed prudent to try Phil Long Ford on Wadsworth in Littleton, Colorado. My car presented a few challenges but Dwayne kept me informed, was extremely pleasant and professional, and got my car to recharge correctly and hold the charge. This included reprogramming. Thanks, Dwayne and Phil Long Ford! More
Regular maintenance Took the car in for an oil change. They did that AND a 27 point safety inspection. All done in less than an hour. Very friendly service rep. They were very careful with using plastic guards on the steering wheel, seats, and carpet so as to not get anything dirty during the work. They even topped off the engine fluids for free. Was impressed with the work. More
Warranty repair and recall F150 blew a water pump. Called nearby dealer on Saturday - no room until Thursday. Called Phil Long and they said bring it in on Monday and we will do F150 blew a water pump. Called nearby dealer on Saturday - no room until Thursday. Called Phil Long and they said bring it in on Monday and we will do our best. And they did. Drove it home on Tuesday afternoon with a new water pump and a recall completed. Very Happy. BTW, Garry, my service adviser, was great! And I love the text message communication method - much better than telephone. Satisfied all around. More
Excellent customer service I have dealt with multiple dealerships and service advisors over the years and most were bad experiences due to lack of customer service. Both Don and Tom at Phil Long were excellent to work with. Communication was great and they made sure all of the issues I was experiencing with my Raptor were addressed properly. I would definitely recommend them for any issues or service needs. More
Terrible experience and SHODDY workmanship-DO NOT recommend! I had to take my 2015 Ford Edge to another dealership ( Freeway Ford ) and pay out of my own pocket - almost $250! to fix an issue caused by the h I had to take my 2015 Ford Edge to another dealership ( Freeway Ford ) and pay out of my own pocket - almost $250! to fix an issue caused by the horrible technicians at Phil Long Ford. They failed to tighten the right front frame bolt despite having it at the dealership for a month to replace the steering gear. They finally released it to me basically "giving up" on figuring out what was causing the noise. Also when I picked it up from them it needed a front end alignment which I did at Goodyear and pretty much had a flat tire which I also got fixed at Goodyear. So unacceptable! I took it to the other dealership and it was fixed within hours. Phil Long's lack of attention to detail caused me much expense and hassle. Dwayne was helpful and kept me in the loop as much as he could ( it's not his fault the techs are clueless) and I appreciated being able to get a loaner when I left care there . Other than those things..... TERRIBLE experience!!! More
