2010 F150 Super Crew Took our truck in because of a steering Wheel that wobbled. Upon inspection they found the bolt for the steering wheel was sheared and replaced it. This item was was not covered under the extended warranty because it was "hardware". Had it completely sheared while driving down the highway would have become a safety issue. With all the work done during this visit the truck handles and rides much better. More

Tire still losing air pressure and 4 hour wait time First bad experience. No record of our additional services (hassel with service manger). Tire not fixed, it still goes flat. Still no car................... Kimberly Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. well they fail to mention you have to pay the diagnostic fee. (Not a small fee)And if there is nothing wrong with the car, you still have to pay that charge. I had my car looked at my another service shop before bringing it to Phil Long Service. In my honest opinion,, i know what is wrong and am just going to see if they state the same thing. Should of stayed at my trusted mechanic. However i have a warranty.. But who knows if Ford will cover it anyway as i was told. We diagnosis it, and then we see if its a covered item. Oh come on. I have the book. They also wanted an extra diagnosis fee just to look at my passenger seat sensor. (Same story.. may or may not be covered.. could be any number of things.. we will charge you a fee to look at it) Unreal.. And still i wait for a referral check for sending someone else to buy a car there. Frustrated on so many levels. More

expensive, too much time, didn't even fix I took it in for my "free' oil change that they offered when I bought the truck. Truck still under warranty . I also needed them to fix the hood whic I took it in for my "free' oil change that they offered when I bought the truck. Truck still under warranty . I also needed them to fix the hood which wasn't popping open, rotate the tires, and most importantly fix the computer screen system that is super super slow and obviously something very wrong with it because even the loner truck they had given me(which was nice) had a very fast working well computer and screen. Well, computer didn't get fixed at all, but they said they fixed it. The tire rotation ended up costing a $150 or so because I had some nuts that were too swollen(because of weather they said) for their wrench to get them off so they had to order me new nuts. Which, having driven an F-150 in Colorado for 15 years, I had never had that happen, or ever heard of that ever happening before to anyone. I felt like I was getting ripped off. Anyways, log story short, they had my truck for a week to do those 3 things, charged me $338, and the computer still takes 5 minutes for me to adjust the climate or put some music on sometimes. But, they were nice people, and the loner truck was nice. But I won't be going back. Thanks Dan More
