For actual truck servicing, there is no better place. They take care of me every time. For standard servicing, I have found them to be a little more pricey than other smaller/non-dealer shops, but the customer service is impeccable and I would highly recommend. I trust them to work on my truck and for an extra few bucks, I am happy with the peace of mind that they are 100% backed by the Ford Motortrend Guarantee. If I were you, ask for Tom Comstock when you go into the service counter. The guy is a straight shooter and is not trying to nickel and dime you nor tries get you to buy superfluous services to pad the invoice. The customer service I get from Tom and his team is honestly the reason I drive from Longmont to Englewood to get my truck serviced. Worth it. More

The other three: One was awful (tried to buy 2 extended warranties) via their phone prompts. Received an email and a phone call yelling it wasn’t his dept? Another’s service was ok because it was close. They offered free car washes with my purchase and the now service manager was passive aggressive : trying to make me feel guilty for bringing my car in once a month. Phil long seems to bend over Backwards. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. My wife also purchased her car here. Steve is a smart service manager. It’s the little things that are remembered. Service rep took care of issue at the service bay!!! Dwayne Callaway took care of the recall issue right on the service bay, by doing the software update while I stood there. Service refusal to tell me what they checked Explorer, 22 months old, 19,300 miles. Car would not start. Engine turned over in morning, lights, radio, air conditioner all worked, dashboard flashed warnings, nothing else. Went to work, called service, explained what was happening, he told me how to get car to dealership that night. Got home from work that evening, battery was totally dead - no headlights, dashboard, door locks, nothing. Jumped the car and dropped it off at Phil Long Service Monday night. Text Tuesday morning told me they had the car, would look at it late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Nothing else Tuesday. I texted Wednesday morning to get an update - got a text back a couple of hours later stating car would be looked at later that afternoon. Got a text from Gary late Wednesday stating that car was ready to be picked up and to call or text with questions - no explanation about what was wrong, what was checked, etc. I called number provided in text, no answer. I texted and asked what was wrong. One word response "BATTERY". I texted back that seems strange that a 22 month old car with less than 19,500 miles would have a dead battery. Asked if a new battery was put in. Response "YES". No additional information. Picked up the car Wednesday night and tried to get more information from a different man. Told him the same thing - newer car, less than 19,500 miles, did not compute that it needed a new battery so soon. Asked if they checked for a short in the electrical system. He said "You got a bad battery. Bad cell in a battery, I had it happen to me once on a car with 24,000". Did not answer my question about checking for a short. Have had past issues with car (electric back seats would not work), so I don't know if the issue is just a bad battery or if there is a short somewhere draining the battery. No one in service would bother to tell me what they checked. Bigger issue with the car? No clue. Won't be going back to Phil Long Ford for service. More

In addition, when I left my garage door opener in the loaner car, they called me about that, and had the opener waiting for me at the service adviser's desk. More
