2014 Ford Focus Transmission issues I have had issues with my Ford Focus since it was purchased in 2014. There have been a couple of recalls to correct problems with transmission, clutch I have had issues with my Ford Focus since it was purchased in 2014. There have been a couple of recalls to correct problems with transmission, clutch and TCM, but Without much success. These problems were completely handled this time at your shop! The car is performing like it never did, even when it was new. The repair cost was completely covered under recall by Ford and/ or my extended warrenty plan. Thanks for a job well done! Don and Garry especially are always knowledgeable, helpful, and plain and simply great guys! Whenever I call in to pick their brain about a code or something I am seeing on my Ford F350 they immediately do what they can to assist me. When I bring in the truck they are outstanding at making it an enjoyable or at least pleasant visit. I can't possibly recommend this place and these guys any more - you will not be disappointed. More

Called the next week to arrange my appointment and they said they would get back and they still have not gotten back after multiple attempts to contact. Previously left a bad review and they removed the review. They are not being transparent or honest, they are misleading customers by deleting negative reviews. More

First Servicing Following Purchase As far as I can tell (at this point) the service was done well and as promptly as one would expect from a reputable dealership. The lady service asso As far as I can tell (at this point) the service was done well and as promptly as one would expect from a reputable dealership. The lady service associate that greeted and assisted us was very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of their courtesy driver service which took us to a local mall while our F-150 was being serviced (very pleasant and prompt driver). Our only complaint is that we had difficulty finding their "express service department" as it is in a different location from their "repair department". There are no signs indicating such and we waited in a long incorrect location (line) until we found out otherwise. More
