Eugene did excellent job getting my vechile serviced in a timely manner. He kept me informed every step of the way on when it would be done. I trust the work that Phil Long Ford does for me on my Land Rover Range Rover. I’m limited on what I can have them fix but when I can I go to them. It is more cost effective for me and they provide great Land Rover Range Rover. I’m limited on what I can have them fix but when I can I go to them. It is more cost effective for me and they provide great service. Chelsea is awesome because she’s knowledgeable and her customer service skills are A+++. Even if you don’t own a ford trust me they can do the same job or better. My aftermarket brake pads are performing better than OEM Land Rover pads and cost less. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. More

I am amazed that every time I go in for an oil change, “something” else comes up that needs attention. I believe that the boost of sales is on the agenda versus honesty. Friendly Staff I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the tru I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the truck was badly damaged. Door locks and ignition switch needed to be replaced. Ignition Switch that was put in sticks and was instrumental in my starter motor burning up and having to be replaced. Almost a thousand dollar fix. Took my truck back to Phil long for this repair. Ignition switch was not replaced but was lubricated .It still sticks and I am worried it will happen again. Thorough job would to be sure this part was working and if not replaced.If the truck had been checked out and repaired better I would not be out so much money that the insurance company would had taken care of. I have paid out over three thousand dollars so far to repair things that could have been taken care of by insurance. I am not done yet. More
