Your service advisor and tech tried to SCAM me out of $5100! How are you going to make this right? How many other people have they scammed? I would expect this from a shady service shop but Phil Long is a Ford dealer, people are supposed to be able to trust factory dealers. If an issue with a vehicle is so unique and hard to diagnose; I would rather hear the truth than a lie and a $5100 estimate. Then I get charged $150 for a diagnostic that was a 100% lie? Puking fluid = LIE Material in trans fluid = LIE Needs new trans = LIE Cost $5100 = SCAM What do you think will make this right?
