I stopped by Phil Long to get my 2011 Ford Edge Flashed. I was expecting to be told I had to make an appointment. They surprised me, they said they could fit me in but it would take a little bit. They are fast and accurate recording their work and skyways letting me know if I need anything or if everything is and also used their valet service. First bad experience with Phil Long service. Not done when promised and job was not done correctly, which I had to point out to them and have them fix . Took an extra hour of my time. I would probably recommend them as I have used them many times, especially the quick lane. However, this last time I took my car in for a recall on the door locks. They told me it would take about 23 ho times, especially the quick lane. However, this last time I took my car in for a recall on the door locks. They told me it would take about 23 hours. So I took my car in early Wed. morning and got it back on Sat. morning. People have plans and appointments and if they are told they will be without a car for 24 hours that is what it should be. I had to rearrange some things because I did not have my car. More
