Took 2.5 hours to change oil when I was third in line at 6:15 am. They did get me checked in at 6:45 am, but didn't finish until 9:15am. Didn't talk to me about any reason and still does it with their new blades. More

Transmission and radiator service took 3.5 hrs. Never will come back again. The service department is probably understaffed for techs as most places are. Don Heck, my service advisor, at Phil Long Ford has been nothing short of professional and timely in all our transactions. Don is extremely thorough in figuring out what needs fixed, he sticks by what he says, and is honest to the core. I have never had to worry about him giving me the run-around, or charging me for a service I do not need. He always checks warranty coverage and finds ways to keep my costs at a minimum. I am incredibly thankful he is my service advisor and for his quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend Don! More
