Twice I came to this dealership to get just my oil changed. And twice was told the wait was over 5 hours! I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight they could get to it the next day. Was changed. And twice was told the wait was over 5 hours! I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight they could get to it the next day. Was told they are down numerous technicians. Phil Long is struggling to maintain and hire new technicians to staff their service dept. There can be a myriad of reasons for this but I think one must first examine the reason/s why people are leaving there. Phil Long is in danger of losing many loyal customers like me. Jamie in service is by far the most friendly and efficient. Long story short, the oil change took a little over 2 hours. More

I have three Ford vehicles and the last 2 were purchased at Phill Long. I do have them serviced their also, however, I would like to point out Mr. Eugene Katze as one of the most Outstanding Service Advis at Phill Long. He is alway very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about our 3 vehicles ( EDGE, RANGER, THUNDERBIRD) and I thank Him for that. Wow... I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I came in hauling a truck camper for an oil change and putting on new tires. I was told it would be about 2 hours for my oil change. I was okay with that. Three and a half hours later, after questing the lady, I finally got my car back. In the mean time I had to cancel a doctor I was okay with that. Three and a half hours later, after questing the lady, I finally got my car back.
