I worked with Ray Gerbich when I went to buy a 2013 Ford Fusion. I've always been hesitant about buying cars because you hear horror stories about having a horrible salesman, but this was not the case with Fusion. He made my very first new car buying experience so easy. He was not pushy at all, which is a big thing for me. I absolutely hate when car salesmen call you all the time and push you to buy a car right away. The first day I went in he told me to take my time, shop around and contact him with any questions I may have. I shopped around, had some pretty bad salesmen at other dealerships and came back a couple days later to take another Fusion for a ride. He was still not pushy, helped me make some tough decisions on interior, color, engine, etc. and found me the exact car I wanted that fit in my price range. He found all the discounts he could for me and threw in some extra things to help make me feel better about such a large purchase. It was truly a pleasant experience and I feel I can contact him whenever I need to about my car with questions, or really anything. I would definitely recommend shopping at Phil Long if you are looking for a new car and look up Ray. I know I'll be recommending him to my friends and family. More
