My older vehicle was totaled by my daughter in April of this year. I was staying in Florida at the time and was not able to deal with the whole thing of looking for a new vehicle for Colorado. I explained my situation to them and two of the dealers then stopped contacting me. Darren Lucero of Phil Long Ford of Denver was the only dealer that understood the timing was not right--I definitely had to have another car--but not right then. He stayed in contact with me without driving me crazy about the new vehicle so when I was ready I contacted him to help with the new car. He was great to work with and I have a wonderful Ford Escape Limited that I now love. More

I will ONLY work with Ed Lussier from now on. He has been at PLF for 20 years, and he is so honest and straight forward and truly cares about his clients experience.
