My older vehicle was totaled by my daughter in April of this year. I was staying in Florida at the time and was not able to deal with the whole thing of looking for a new vehicle for Colorado. I contacted my insurance company to get some information about dealers offering special pricing for them and was referred to 3 dealers. I explained my situation to them and two of the dealers then stopped contacting me. Darren Lucero of Phil Long Ford of Denver was the only dealer that understood the timing was not right--I definitely had to have another car--but not right then. He stayed in contact with me without driving me crazy about the new vehicle so when I was ready I contacted him to help with the new car. He was great to work with and I have a wonderful Ford Escape Limited that I now love. More

I was a return customer a week ago and had a horrible experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized sincerely for all the issues that I had experienced with them. I worked with Ed and Diana originally when I purchased a couple of years ago. I will ONLY work with Ed Lussier from now on. He has been at PLF for 20 years, and he is so honest and straight forward and truly cares about his clients experience. Diana is equally direct and such a refreshing change from what you expect to find at a car dealership. Love them both! I would highly recommend Ed Lussier at Phil Long Ford. More

Darren was a huge step up from the typical car salesman who doesn't know anything more than where to put the gas and which end is the fr dealership.
