I'm sure there are many great sales people on the PL team, but my experience with Jennifer was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did she make the entire process bearable (and if you've ever shopped for a new car, you know a visit to the dentist is typically more fun), but she went above and beyond by delivering the car to me personally because the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership, and I'd have had to wait around for a few hours for it to get there. She even stuck around in the cold to make sure I knew how to use all the advanced features of the car. As for long term after-sales support, we'll see. I've had the car for less than 2 days, so take that into consideration. If I remember, I'll come back in about 6 months or so and document my after-sales experiences. Also want to say that I went through the Costco auto purchasing program, and folks, it's for real, and you're going to save real money. Even if you're not a Costco member, the money you'll save is well worth an executive Costco membership. More

He went through the different financing options and the service that would be available to me after the purchase. There was no pressure for me to make a decision before I had all the facts and was comfortable with my decision. I was treated with respect and kindness. He listened to all of our concerns about winter driving and mountain driving and then went on a test drive with us up into the mountains so we could see for ourselves how the vehicle handled. He showed us how to use many of the unique features of this vehicle while on the test drive. The process of completing the sale was handled professionally and respectfully. We received a fair price for our trade-in vehicle and a fair price for our new vehicle. James Lee handled the paperwork for the sale in a professional and timely fashion.
