Quick and thorough I went in for a couple of bodywork issues. They replaced the windshield molding on my 15 Explorer with no issue. Although the servicing took a little longer than Lee promised, partially because I had not left the wheel lock key where it was easy to find and he had to see me twice for me to remember the correct location, I was very satisfied with the service. Service Department Brad Taylor was a delightful person to work with at Phil Long Chapel Hills. My vehicle was not drivable and because the dealership was short on trans Brad Taylor was a delightful person to work with at Phil Long Chapel Hills. My vehicle was not drivable and because the dealership was short on transmission techs, I was without my Escape for 3 weeks. Brad made sure I had a nice loaner and then made it a point to keep me informed on the status of the repair.
