After our last purchase I was thinking of using a different dealer as I was frustrated with the time it took to finalize with finance and the "hard sell" tactics used to try and push us into the extended warranty. However, this time the process was much smoother. I used the True Car pricing program through our bank and that made negotiations very straightforward. They did give me a good trade in value for my old truck and i decided to do my financing through my own bank this time instead of through the dealership. So after my test drive and negotiating on Friday evening which took about 2 hours, I came in Saturday morning dropped off my truck, signed the paperwork and was out the door with my new vehicle in less than 90 minutes with no hard sell on the extended warranty and a good experience overall. More

He took care of my service and when he ran into something unfamiliar he asked Sydney for assistance. Sydney took over and she was outstanding. Kenny told me that to do the recall on my car would only be 2 hours. They would call when it was done. I text Kenny after 4 hours to get the status. He told be 30 more mins. Basicly it took 6 1/2 hours. So 4 1/2 hours longer than I was told. It was an all day event. Terrible communication. We are very dissatisfied with our experience. More
Don't do the work, incompetent service advisors. This dealership is disorganized. My 2019 ford went in for a leak. They had it for a week, said they fixed it. They did nothing and never entered any data in the sysyem. Had to go to Denver ford to get the work completed correctly. I won't go there again for anything. Previous problems with my f350 as well. Had to go to Denver ford to resolve warranty issues. They play dumb and their suppose to be the experts. I recommend Denver for over Colorado Springs ford. More

He coordinated the repair work and did everything possible to get us back on the road and headed back to Arizona. If we lived in CS we would use Brad Taylor for all our maintenance. Thanks Brad!! Took my truck in for servicing to include oil change Friday AC servicing. Not done as of today. The worst servicing I have experienced.
