Pretty self explanatory. Called # on website for Phil long chapel hill service. No one answers. Leave a voicemail, 6 times now. And no one calls back. Communication is a big factor in business survival, and no one has the decency to call back ? Supposed to be a “Certified vehicle” which means all of this should be working , I would’ve thought. Heated/cooled seats don’t work, heat/ac only comes out of vents and check engine light is on(It was on when I bought it and advised “no one here to check it, bring it back”. I would love to bring it back, however no one likes to believe in customer service nowadays.
