I paid the down payment with a trade-in. And received money back a month later. Three months after the original purchase they have been sending me letters. If they don't get back the money I was refunded as an overpayment. There is no letterhead on any of the documents. It all looks like something a secretary typed up in Microsoft Excel. I am also disabled. It all looks like they are trying to intimidate and con a disable person. The first spreadsheet I was sent. Was sent through email as a Xerox attachment. The Attachment was sent in clear text with my social security number in clear text. Spilling my PII to the internet. They are continuing to hound and harass me for money. That they sent me as an overpayment. When I called again for third temporary tag. I was told I would receive a call back. It is illegal for a dealer to hold a temporary tag for payment. Sales was great, Service is a mess. Call the # on website, no one answers. I’ve left 4 voicemails, why ? No one calls back. I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity. More

Went there with a pre-approval letter and had a truck picked out in less than 10 minutes. The salesman Julio was amazing and the least pushy car salesman I have ever worked with.
