They did great on the price of the truck but when it came to services, it was crap. The detailing looked horrible, and the starter is shot. Worst experience ever!!!! Got a Lincoln MKX and 28 days after I bought it the transmission goes out. Phil Ling agrees to pay for the “new” one to be put in, that took 2 months. Got a Lincoln MKX and 28 days after I bought it the transmission goes out. Phil Ling agrees to pay for the “new” one to be put in, that took 2 months. 9 months later the “new” transmission goes out and when I take it to the Benz and Beamer branch of Phil Long where I made the purchase and it completely closed down. I take the MKX to a Lincoln Phil Long dealership for information about the warranty on my “new” transmission and I’m informed he did not put a new transmission in my car but an old one from a junk yard. Phil Long continues to tell me they no record of any of my extended warranties. The dealership I dealt with is closed now and the salesman got fired for giving the email to the owner. I got lucky enough to got rid of the car before it cost me too much but don’t let this joke of a complaint hustle you too. More

I didn't end up buying a car there because I felt like the dealer was trying to screw me over. I ended up finding the same car with lower mileage and way cheaper at Peak Kia Chapel Hills. More

I had my salesman pull safety specs and fuel efficiency ratings for dozens of cars and work out comparisons for buying new ones as well. My salesman Jason Cowen was very patient and helpful, even staying later than closing at an off site sale and calling me to insure I recieved my paperwork. He asked specific questions that allowed him to show me to the two cars I needed. He listened carefully and I actually learned more from him about what I was searching for as he got to know me better. He was detail oriented, professional, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness that made this large purchase easy. They have an extremely large selection and I ended up getting one of my cars brought in from Denver. He was able to remember and recall facts about and my reactions to dozens of vehicles so I didn't need to take notes like I usually do. The negotiation, finance team, and service team were all polite and patient as well. I would recommend Phil long to a friend for their selection and pricing, but I would make sure I called Jason and told him that I had a friend coming in so I could gaurentee that they receieved the same experience I had. More
After reading the reviews posted, I have to say they had a turn over in staff and management. I have had rough financial situations as of lately. When I first arrived at the lot after talking on the phone I was treated respectfully, and asked many questions as to what I was looking for. Sure to the nature of this lot, you are generally the type shopping for a specific payment, and they work to meet what requests you may have at that payment. When I first came in I was undecided on exactly what I wanted to get my family. After viewing a few vehicles I was able to narrow down what we wanted. After deciding that we wanted a newer mini van, that is when the dealership started working hard. I didn't settle on the first visit and street two weeks of looking and fairly consistent contact we found our van. After reviewing the photos and looking over the contract I went ahead and signed for the deal and vehicle. The only problem encountered was the vehicle had to be shipped from another location, and subject to our final test drive/inspection. It did take 3 days for the vehicle to arrive from Denver as there were miscommunications between dealers etc. But as soon as it arrived we were allowed to drive, inspect etc at our convenience even though the lot was due to close. As we sat down to finalize the last documents our salesman took it to be fueled up, ran it through the car wash again, and touched up the interior. This all occurred on the salesmans day off. They worked hard for me to find what I wanted/needed and never rushed a single portion of the process, good hearted people overall that I would recommend anyone to! More
WORST Dealership in Colorado Springs. We purchased a used Ford Ranger with ODOMETER FRAUD. They NEVER notified us of mileage discrepancy. The mileage was off 100,000 miles. The dealership kicked us around two weeks, and the customer service was INCREDIBLY POOR. Never wanted to solve the issue, just wanted the car back so they could sell it to someone else. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they have some sort of legal council. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

I should have listened to the people who told me not to go here before I went here, but I didn't listen and now I feel stupid. First of all, they gave me a new guy who knew literally nothing, and that wouldn't be so bad if someone would have helped the guy and me, which they didn't until we were on the sales floor ready to start doing paperwork. I gave them a very specific list of what I needed in a car, which they promptly threw out the window in favor of showing me cars I could not afford and did not have anything I asked for. I didn't start seeing cars within my specifics until I yelled at someone. Finally we found a nice focus and sat down to haggle. After getting the price down to where I needed it I kept having trouble getting the guy to show me lower APRs. In fact he never did, despite me knowing what my APR should be. In the end I was tired of playing the game, and I wasn't going to buy this car anymore anyway, so I told him what I wanted my monthly payment to be, which I knew was within reason of the price of the car, and he immediately jumped up and became very rude. I will not go back to this dealership, and I will tell everyone I know never to go here. More
