One word: Awesome !! I have been debating upon what kind of car to get that has ME written all over it. After multiple attempts to find a car I almost gave up. But then I I have been debating upon what kind of car to get that has ME written all over it. After multiple attempts to find a car I almost gave up. But then I saw the 2011 Blue Hyundai Genesis Coupe ad from Phil Long on auto trader and just fell in love. I went to go check it out and met Neal one of the sales person from Phil Long. He was very helpful and nice, he drove me to the tent sale to find the genesis. He was patient and understanding about my condition and worked with me. During the car buying process and even after Neal stayed in contact with me to see if all was going well. About a week later I received a thank you card in the mail from him. Talking about awesome customer service !!! This was my very first time buying a car from a dealership and I am thoroughly pleased with everything. I would definitely go back to buy a second car and would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about buying car and appreciates great customer service !!!! More

Worst Car Buying Experience & Vehicles in Colorado Springs! Recently; I was shopping for a Car in the Colorado Springs Area. I made the mistake of going to Phil Long $5995 Bargain Corner! Well, believe me; this Recently; I was shopping for a Car in the Colorado Springs Area. I made the mistake of going to Phil Long $5995 Bargain Corner! Well, believe me; this lot is anything but a bargain. But; since they are part of the Phil Long Family; I expected more! Was I mistaken. First of all; I filled out a Credit Application before hand for approval. I arrived @ 9AM & asked to see a Jeep, Honda CRV or similar vehicle. The Salesperson, Joey, showed me a white car so small a munchkin would have difficulty getting into. Thus started the saga on the various Phil Long lots looking at a variety of vehicles which looked like some homeless folks had been utilizing them for their residences. Paper cups, personal receipts from ENT, and other stuff lined a variety of vehicles which were on the lot FOR SALE! A Honda CRV's inside looked like a pack of wild dogs had been let loose. Joey the salesperson stated that they steam clean vehicles but perhaps this is Bargain Corners idea of a good vehicle is to offer vehicles with stained seats, ripped upholstery, and possibly Ebola infested vehicles that are far from being clean or detailed!! On every vehicle I expressed interest in; Joey stated that the bank wouldn't allow financing on; and virtually was pushing me towards one or two vehicles to purchase; or better yet get bamboozled into. Phil Long presents you with an Auto Check of vehicles but is not a Car Fax and lists different information than the Car Fax does. Thus Bargain Counter can misrepresent a 2 Wheel Drive vehicle as a 4 Wheel Drive Vehicle. The price of the vehicle I was interested in was never discussed until meeting with Dave Leiker the business manager. Dave & the Sales Rep Joey spent the majority of the day(until mid afternoon) in his office doing God knows what; but obviously were not providing any type of customer service. Thankfully; I called the Finance Company & got out of the deal b4 they funded Phil Long for a 2 Wheel Drive Vehicle that I would have been $9K upside down in; with 90K Miles & paying mega dollars for something that was a sick version of a school bus with running boards! If you want to deal with unprofessional, unethical folks; head on over to Phil Long Bargain Counter. Say Hello to Mike the Sales Manager there who like most Phil Long Staff is conveniently in a meeting when you call. I know I was asking for a lot to have a return phone call or get a vehicle that was clean, low miles, and 4 Wheel Drive when asking for it. So take my advice & stay away from Phil Longs 5995 Bargain Counter. You'll thank me in the long run. By the way; I'm now driving a great car that has 50,000 miles and is 2 years newer than the car Phil Long was trying to bamboozle me into. Vs 90,000 miles and looked like homeless folks had lived on the seats after it was steam cleaned & detailed! Take my advice & don't even waste your time @ the 5995 Bargain Counter! It won't be a Bargain! More

We heard about the Phil Long 5995 Bargain Corner and decided to give them a try. The Phil Long name is a prominent in Colorado Springs and we felt that we could have a good experience. From the moment we got there we were treated like family, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was more than willing to help us get into a car that we liked and were comfortable with, Mike the sales manager and Keith our salesman were not just interested in selling a car, they were truly trying to get us into a vehicle like we liked and wanted ourselves. During lunch time they even got us an order of fries to get us through the afternoon until we could get something to eat. We ended up getting a 2010 Ford Focus and my wife is especially happy with it. The Phil Long 5995 Bargain Corner is great place to buy a vehicle and I would strongly recommend that anyone needing a used vehicle find there way there and give them a shot.
