The service desk was extremely helpful in verifying that all items were in with the Parts Department. My appointment was able to be adjusted when I had some traffic delays for about 45 minutes. The Service Department was still able to work on my Pilot and completed the service within a couple of hours. I was completely satisfied with the excellent work. Outstanding customer service. The waiting area provides WiFi for customers and some light refreshments. Also, the Parts Department is terrific with very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. More

They also come talk with you one-on-one if there's is or isn't a problem. They also supplied snacks, drinks, tv, etc. to make my visit a comfortable one. Yes I highly recommend this service center!
