We decide on a Honda Civic LX and wanted a Cosmic Blue exterior and gray interior, but they didn't have it on the lot, but Andrew was quick to locate one and had it delivered the next day. Never a bad experience I've been coming to this location for about 4 years. We are a Honda family from as far back as I can remember. The guys at Phil Hughes have always t I've been coming to this location for about 4 years. We are a Honda family from as far back as I can remember. The guys at Phil Hughes have always treated me with respect and have always been up front with me about what is needed for my car, despite the stereotypes of being a "young female at the mechanics". My father visited last year and his battery randomly died in his Accord, and the guys got him sorted super fast without delayed any of the fun of their visit. My most recent experience was an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission check -- I had accidentally made the appt for Thursday instead of Wednesday and only realized it when I was at the dealership, but they not only happily serviced my car but they did it in the time quoted and over lunch! AND they told me my tires didn't need rotating (which honestly I wouldn't have known either way) so I didn't get charged for that. I actually *enjoy* visiting this dealership, love having the internet access, trust the service team, and appreciate their patient teachings whenever I have any questions. Thank you guys! More
#1 Dealer I've Dealt with My Honda Accord that I purchased used from a totally different dealer in July 2015 began having oil consumption problems in December 2015, (as much a My Honda Accord that I purchased used from a totally different dealer in July 2015 began having oil consumption problems in December 2015, (as much a 1 quart in 225 miles and on average 2.5 quarts per 1000 miles) . I contacted Honda Corp to have them tell me basically get lost even though a lawsuit over this very same issue with a $17.2 million judgement against them took place. Also in the judgement from the lawsuit an extended warranty up to 125000 miles for all owners with affected vehicles was to be put in place. I can tell Honda took it seriously considering they wouldn't even honor the warranty. 20-30 phone call later and ATLEAST 20 hours with 2 calls over 3 hours each and dozens of different people I stills got nowhere even though multiple people from Honda told me that Honda should be responsible but it was above their pay grade and they couldn't do anything for me. As a last ditch effort I took it to Phil Hughes and even though it isn't fixed yet they ARE doing something and working towards getting this fixed for me. The only way I will ever buy a Honda again is at Phil Hughes in Athens Georgia. If it wasn't for these guys I would be adamant about never even taken a ride in a Honda vehicle again. More
