My initial review over a month ago for my experience in purchasing my 2026 Honda CR-V from Phil Hughes Honda was very positive. I gave this dealership a 5 star review. However, I have had some issues reg purchasing my 2026 Honda CR-V from Phil Hughes Honda was very positive. I gave this dealership a 5 star review. However, I have had some issues regarding the financing as well as the customer service since my purchase. Beware of everything you are signing before you sign! Unfortunately (my error), I signed paperwork which added over $8000.00 in warranties, etc. to my loan. I went back in less than 16 hours in hopes we could intercept and make changes. At that point, I had not even taken possession of my car. The finance manager did cancel and led me to believe that my monthly payment would be adjusted with this new amount. However, it took about 6 weeks for those refunds to be applied. The monthly payment did not change. When I asked to speak with the general manager, Armando said I had a very narrow window of time to make changes. I asked how narrow did that window have to be since it had been less than 16 hours since I signed the contract. With that, he did contact Honda Financial and told me that he would redo my loan once all the refunds had been applied. He said he would call me, but he never did. I kept monitoring my online account and saw when all the refunds had been applied. I called and left messages for the general manager, Armando, 2 different times. He NEVER called me back. In addition, my salesman had been great about going over everything and told me if I had any questions to give him a call. I did have an issue with my navigational system not connecting. When I called the dealership, there was no one there who could help me. So, I called and left my salesman, Ralph, a message. He never returned my call. Needless to say, this has been very disappointing. I am of the mindset that when you tell someone you will do something, you should follow through. More
