Exceptional dealership My husband and I went to 2 other local dealership and were not impressed with the sales people or the "funny math" when trying to make a deal. We looked on line and found that your dealership had a vehicle we were interested in. We sent an e-mail inquiring about the Ford Escape and immediately was contacted by Chris Dottle. We drove an hour to Phil Fitts Ford and Lincoln. We were greeted by Chris and we took the Escape for a test drive. Chris pointed out the features of the car and let us take the car for a "long" test drive. Chris and Eric Altman worked with us regarding financing and this went extremely smoothly and quickly. We went home with a new Ford Escape SEL that we named "Little Dark Gray". We are very happy about the whole process from beginning to end and would recommend Phil Fitts Ford and Lincoln to family and friends. Great Job!!!!!! More
