My daughter had just totaled her car and we were coming in from out of town to replace. They made the buying process very easy and low pressure. That was just the start. They made my daughter, who was very shooken up from her accident feel very comfortable. They also let her know that they were there to help her with any car issues she had. Living 2 hrs away, this made a Dad feel good. They have been very helpful after the sale with tags etc. They will also make sure she keeps car serviced and in warranty. Very pleased and thankful. We have purchased two new vehicles from Jack Phelps. We were pleased with the automobiles, Chevrolet is a great make. However, the way we were treated today is beyond my comprehension. Due to the fact th were pleased with the automobiles, Chevrolet is a great make. However, the way we were treated today is beyond my comprehension. Due to the fact that we have been loyal customers, I expect to be treated as such. We ran into a problem with our brand NEW Goodyear tires that are on our 2011 Traverse. We went to the dealership since we were guaranteed a 1 year warranty bumper to bumper and to my dismay we were denied service. They state that because the tires are Goodyear they do NOT cover the wheels and advised us to visit a Goodyear store. WHAT??? I have never heard of such ridiculous terms. I hope and pray that I will never have to step foot in this place again, and I will advise all of my friends and colleagues to avoid this place. I suggest their sales team and customer service all take etiquette lessons on how to treat customers and maybe just maybe they should try treating their customers with respect. More
