Service rep wouldn’t listen to our complaint and told us we did not have exhaust coming thru our vent. Took the car twice and the second time they did not contact me that they set off a deodorizer in my car we did not have exhaust coming thru our vent. Took the car twice and the second time they did not contact me that they set off a deodorizer in my car instead they did it without permission. I happen to be allergic to those types of scents and it causes migraines and nausea. I couldn’t drive my car cause it caused me to be sick. I called and asked the next day what I could do to get the smell out of my car and the service rep told me I would just have to let it wear off!! I did not give permission for this. A week later I still have a car that has an overload of deodorizer plus I still get exhaust thru the vent when I slow the car down to come to a stop. They did not listen to complaint and tried to cover up the exhaust by overloading deodorizer in my car!! This should never be done unless owner is contacted because there is a possibility of a health condition that this can affect. Very careless and inconsiderate. My car still isn’t fixed!!! Very unhappy Ford owner! More
Great customer service. I had called in to set up an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change but had a last minute meeting pop up and when I had called in I was off I had called in to set up an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change but had a last minute meeting pop up and when I had called in I was offered a pickup option where they come to my home and pick up my car and then bring it back when the service was over and it saved me at least 3 hours. there is another service center closer to my home however Pettus Ford De Soto is of a higher quality and I 100% recommend More
On July 20, 2022 I sent my 17 year old daughter to have Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they told her they couldn’t align it due to 9 parts needing replaced on the front end. They provided a list of the parts needed to her. But did not send them home with her. Now driving on $854.28 in tires also wearing them down. You should inform people prior to putting part on the car that you can’t do all work asked to prevent the parts you’re installing from wearing prematurely. More
