I went to the dealership to look at new cars. I was greeted by Tracy who welcomed me to the dealership. He pulled a new Fusion up to the front door in the color I was most interested in, and we took a test drive. It was a very cold day and he had taken the time to warm up the car for me. The test drive included both city type driving and highway cruising. I really appreciated the time he spent with me on the road and in the dealership. Since they had the exact vehicle I researched, I asked about pricing. I really had no intention of buying that day, but the deal I was offered was actually lower than what I thought I would have payed. The manager of the dealership, Joe Pettis, thanked me for driving so far to purchase from them. It was worth the trip! My purchase was completed very quickly and I'm now a member of the Auto Plaza Family. No need for a Swede, this Fusion has the Volvo beat hands down. More

I felt like that was respected and they were very patient in explaining several different car options to me, including a couple that I would not have thought I would have liked, but then turned out to be my favorites! Justin was very knowledgable about the 2012 Ford Focus. He was very friendly to my family and I. My review is mainly in reference to business practices. After purchasing a 2007 Grand Cherokee from Auto Plaza's West County Location, my wife needed to use the spare. Upon lowering the tire the top of the tire had been slashed/cut all the way through 4 times. The car was sold as having a full spare tire. If you are thinking about buying a car from them make sure you look very closely at everything. Who would of thought you needed to lower the spare tire to inspect it before purchasing the vehicle? I contacted them for a resolution and they told me it was not their problem since that location is out of business. I can see why they went out of business. Trusting them to be a reputable dealer and stand behind what the sell is laughable. The same person Paul L. worked with me at both locations and said the owner did not care about my business becaue the West County location was closed. More

I came to Auto Plaza looking for a new Ford Mustang. I drove from an hour away because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived, it turned out that that Mustang had sold the night bef drove from an hour away because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived, it turned out that that Mustang had sold the night before. Needless to say, I was not very happy. I expressed my disappointment with the salesman and he and his sales manager made sure to take care of me. They even offered to truck the same Mustang from 300 miles away to my house from another dealer if I liked. I ended up buying another Mustang they had on their lot that had the same options, but in a color I ended up liking more. I left impressed with the Mustang and the amount of customer service I received at Auto Plaza. More
