UConnect Remote Services & Auto Data Update Not Working After 2 months and over 8 phone conversations with UConnect Service Technicians to try and resolve failing Uconnect Remote Services on my 2017 Jeep Gr After 2 months and over 8 phone conversations with UConnect Service Technicians to try and resolve failing Uconnect Remote Services on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, UConnect told me the required updates were not being installed properly and instructed me to visit my Jeep dealership to troubleshoot possible issues with the radio and modules. Both Liz and Melissa were professional and attentive to my issues. They kept me up-to-date and followed FCA's procedures to rule out the culprit of malfunction, which was in-fact an issue with UConnect Service, themselves. When I picked up my Jeep, they had me set up for a phone call with the right people at UConnect who were able to resolve my problems. I appreciate all the detail, attention and service I received from the entire Auto Plaza staff. More
