Disappointed with return call I called to schedule an appointment and left MY PHONE NUMBER.When plaza returned my call they called my wife’s phone and this has happened more than I called to schedule an appointment and left MY PHONE NUMBER.When plaza returned my call they called my wife’s phone and this has happened more than 2 times. Why can’t the service department follow a simple instruction to call a specific phone number? UConnect Remote Services & Auto Data Update Not Working After 2 months and over 8 phone conversations with UConnect Service Technicians to try and resolve failing Uconnect Remote Services on my 2017 Jeep Gr After 2 months and over 8 phone conversations with UConnect Service Technicians to try and resolve failing Uconnect Remote Services on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, UConnect told me the required updates were not being installed properly and instructed me to visit my Jeep dealership to troubleshoot possible issues with the radio and modules. Both Liz and Melissa were professional and attentive to my issues. They kept me up-to-date and followed FCA's procedures to rule out the culprit of malfunction, which was in-fact an issue with UConnect Service, themselves. When I picked up my Jeep, they had me set up for a phone call with the right people at UConnect who were able to resolve my problems. I appreciate all the detail, attention and service I received from the entire Auto Plaza staff. More

Terrible service Would not do a saftey inspection on a truck I bought here, sale manager cussed at me in the showroom!! Terrible service!!!!!! They did not do an inspe Would not do a saftey inspection on a truck I bought here, sale manager cussed at me in the showroom!! Terrible service!!!!!! They did not do an inspection even though they said they did, found multiple things wrong and their answer was "people make mistakes", they did actually fix the huge hole in the exhaust but still didnt do an inspection, service manager told me she would just write it down saying they did one but stayed that they would not do one!! All I wanted was for them to go through the truck and make things right and safe for my family, if they "missed" a huge highly visible hole in the exhaust, what else did they miss? I would not recommend them More
