Felt taken advantage I went in for routine oil change and a check engine light diagnosis. They called me and said the light was due to a flash needed on the car. Which cos I went in for routine oil change and a check engine light diagnosis. They called me and said the light was due to a flash needed on the car. Which cost me about 150$. I asked the gentleman who was in service “what happens if in 50 miles the light comes back on?” As I know when a light is reset but not fixed it takes the computer roughly 50 miles to reset. I wanted to make sure I knew if I would be charged another 100$ for diagnosis. He said well it all depends. Picked my car up yesterday evening. And today the light has come back on. So now when I have a warranty and extended warranty on my car I have to pay out of pocket for another reset? I’m not happy at all and feel taken advantage of More

Never a good experience I have yet to have a good experience at the Auto Plaza location. I purchased a brand new 2019 jeep Cherokee latitude here and have gotten nowhere with I have yet to have a good experience at the Auto Plaza location. I purchased a brand new 2019 jeep Cherokee latitude here and have gotten nowhere with the fact that I have a lemon. Issues are still not fixed 9 months later and I have had to go to a new dealer to get these issues such as, car stalling, car acceleratin when stopping, radio update, etc. My sons car was also purchased here with an extended warranty purchase and every time the engine light comes on and a code is detected it's not fixed and we pay a deductible 2 plus times before they finally fix the initial issue it was there for. Of course then it's at no cost after they have collected several deductibles and told us there is nothing wrong. This go round my warranty wasn't used and the same man that made our apt with service and took notes called wanting to know why the car was there and I was told the car wasn't known there and then I was overcharged for the deductible. Never again will I use this company nor refer anyone there. More
