We were on a countdown to derate,, for those,of you that don’t know it where you are limited to 5 mph after you go 120 miles. They were able to get us in and diagnosed without a proper appointment. Ordered the parts and after 2 days repaired, and back on our 8-0 mile journey. Most dealerships were backed up 30 days just for an appointment! More

I needed oil and fuel filter service on my 2024 Ram 3500 6.7 diesel. I made the appointment on the dealer website after first attempting to make it using my Ram app on my phone. The price listed on the Ram 6.7 diesel. I made the appointment on the dealer website after first attempting to make it using my Ram app on my phone. The price listed on the Ram app showed $180 for the oil change and $230 for fuel filters. After making the appointment I received a text confirmation from the dealership which stated to reply with any questions. Twice I sent a message asking for a cost estimate and twice received no answer. I arrived at the dealership and checked in with a service writer who escorted us to the waiting area. He told me that someone would come talk to us regarding the service. After a little while and after no one came I went back to the service desk and saw that my truck had already been taken to the service area. When finished, my bill for the oil and fuel filter service was $693.32. Fortunately I had a coupon which took $50 off. My suggestion is if you go there for service get a written estimate before you give them your keys. Personally I won’t go back. More
WORST Experience all around, I will never buy a car or have these xxxxxxxx work on my car again. They are constantly changing service people and they all lie to you. I brought my car in for an oil change have these xxxxxxxx work on my car again. They are constantly changing service people and they all lie to you. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and I couldn't find the lung key. The only place it was out of the car was at the dealership the last time I had them rotate the tire. The new service guy said his techs don't loose things. He couldn't be bothered to check to see if the might have it he just wanted to be condescending and tell me it's my fault. He asked me why I was so mad and it's because this dealership has crewed me over so many times. I had them change out my dashboard as part of a warranty is and now all it does is rattle. Every time I took back they told me they were working on a solution. I contacted Stellantis directly and they said all the dealership had to do was tell them they couldn't repair it correctly and Stellatis would take care of it. I went back to the dealership and they replaced all of the service writer so I asked the manager to look up my car so they could sent Stellantis what they needed. She told me there weren't any notes in their system and I would have to make an appointment and bring it in again. I told her it has already been in 5 times and I don't see any reason I should have to bring it in again. Pettus wouldn't do anything to help me and save my time. I can site multiple other instances of them lying to me but bottom line THEY SUCK! More
