Purchased Jeep's flagship model, the Grand Wagoneer Series III, as a used vehicle. Drove the vehicle for nearly 3 months before electrical issues arose. Made my first payment on the vehicle, the cosmet Series III, as a used vehicle. Drove the vehicle for nearly 3 months before electrical issues arose. Made my first payment on the vehicle, the cosmetic work isn't even finished and the dealership is ready to wash their hands of it. As of right now the vehicle does not run and the purchased extended warranty does not cover the repairs. Repair date has no estimated completion date due to the wiring harness being unavailable. More

We were on a countdown to derate,, for those,of you that don’t know it where you are limited to 5 mph after you go 120 miles. They were able to get us in and diagnosed without a proper appointment. Ordered the parts and after 2 days repaired, and back on our 8-0 mile journey. Most dealerships were backed up 30 days just for an appointment! More
