Overall our experience was good. Jesse took the time to work with my wife and I drive a couple of models of Jeeps so we could compare the ride and such. In my opinion, new or used, if a customer is making a large financial investment in a vehicle, they should not be expected to procure a charger for their vehicle on their own...this should have been provided. I had my van in because the key fob would not come out. When I picked it up it wasn't fixed and I had to return it. Purchased Jeep's flagship model, the Grand Wagoneer Series III, as a used vehicle. Drove the vehicle for nearly 3 months before electrical issues arose. Made my first payment on the vehicle, the cosmet Series III, as a used vehicle. Drove the vehicle for nearly 3 months before electrical issues arose. Made my first payment on the vehicle, the cosmetic work isn't even finished and the dealership is ready to wash their hands of it. As of right now the vehicle does not run and the purchased extended warranty does not cover the repairs. Repair date has no estimated completion date due to the wiring harness being unavailable. More
