Not your ordinary dealership I hate buying cars/trucks, I always feel like I am going to get the short end of the stick. However the experience my wife and I had at Pettijohn wasn I hate buying cars/trucks, I always feel like I am going to get the short end of the stick. However the experience my wife and I had at Pettijohn wasn't like that. Gregg met us in the parking lot and was so helpful. We told him what we thought we were interested in and he showed us everything that filled that criteria. We drove different models and different brands of trucks, which is great having a dealership with Chevy, Ford and GMC all available so you can compare all models without leaving the dealership. He told us what rebates were available, what the best/good buys were and we NEVER felt pressured to buy. Gregg appeared very genuine and so helpful and would highly recommend. This was the "truck" buying experience everyone should expect. More

Wonderful Dealership and Great Customer Service I bought my escape about a year ago from Pettijohns. Before that, I had a Kia. I loved my little blue Kia, but the time came to trade off. That, and Kia had the worst customer service I had ever had. Nothing was their fault, would not honor their warranty, and service was a joke.Not to mention never getting a loaner. So I went to Pettijohns when I was car shopping, and worked with Greg Badder. They have been nothing but wonderful to work with, give me a loaner, don't think I am goofy if I say I heard a noise, and are prompt and dependable. I truly have nothing but good things to say about Pettijohns, their service, and Greg Badder. Keep up the good work! More
