Arrived at service. department and was immediately greeted by service representative. Also, was pleasantly greeted by my salesperson Alec making certain that we were en department and was immediately greeted by service representative. A nail was lodged in one of my tires, and it could not be repaired. Phillip went well beyond expectations on a Saturday to ensure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. Even though the dealershi be repaired. Phillip went well beyond expectations on a Saturday to ensure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. Even though the dealership did not have a replacement tire in stock, Phillip located one nearby. He stayed after the normal closing time until the car was ready.
