Sales person was really nice and helpful. Finance person Patel keep us waiting for 3 hours and then tried to rush us through the decision process after hours. I agreed to MSRP price, then Pat Finance person Patel keep us waiting for 3 hours and then tried to rush us through the decision process after hours. I agreed to MSRP price, then Patel includes GAP Insurance for my protection, full bumper warranty that covers all the bits that wear out, then charges me $900+ documentation fee. And I never got a plate from the DMV, Patel states that's my problem. So $23,000 price turned into $27,000 when the finance company contacted me. -BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. -HENRY S More

Unable to reach service department Today I called Peterson Toyota 4 times and was put on hold each time waiting for someone in the service department to answer. Each time I held on unti Today I called Peterson Toyota 4 times and was put on hold each time waiting for someone in the service department to answer. Each time I held on until their phone system hung up on me, then on the 4th try the receptionist took my name and number and told me she would have the service department call me back. Well I’m still waiting for that call, but they don’t have to worry cause I want be going back. More

These people are something else. Called about one of the ads on Facebook and talked to three different people and none of them had any answers and then got hung up on.
