We had a recall on our 2004 RX330. Traci handled setting it up for us, as well as getting us a loaner to use while in their shop. She kept me apprised at the status of the recall work, and they also found a couple of minor things that needed attention so we had that done the same day. We picked up the SUV at the end of the day. I was pleased with how the gentleman explained the work and the results. We do need to take it back because one of the idiot lights is flashing, and my need to be repaired. It came on when I was driving it home from the shop. Still, I am pleased withe their work and also with how nice the RX330 looked when I picked it up...all clean and sparkly on the inside and out. More
I've been more than happy with the Peterson Lexus service department. I've always worked with Traci and now I ask for her every time I call. This is not the first warranty issue or safety recall advisement Traci has helped me with. I have also worked with Nick, who demonstrated the same level of professionalism, courtesy, care and concern for myself and my vehicle. The service performed during this visit was to reseal the leaking front timing cover. Traci made phone calls on my behalf (to warranty services office), coordinated with the inspector, and got my vehicle fixed by her professional repair staff in a very timely manner. The kind of "institutional" knowledge, attention to detail, and competent, confident actions taken by Mrs. Recla should be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Traci! We took our Lexus in for a recall. Great experience. Just waited an hour. Enjoyed hot chocolate and popcorn while watching the Senior Bowl. Gary was very friendly and helpful. You often hear about the dealerships being more expensive than a locally-owned repair shop. I've found just the opposite with Peterson. They're very reasonably priced, have convenient service hours and always wash my car afterward! Most recently, I took my car in for the regular 5,000 mile service and the repair was a little more than I expected -- not due to something they did, but because a mouse had taken up residence in one of my car's filters. They got everything fixed quickly and I was on my way, without any "extra" passengers. Thanks to all! More
I have been coming to Peterson for years to purchase vehicles and to have them serviced. I can not say enough about how Traci treats the customers. She is very friendly and outgoing. I had my 25,000 oil change and tire rotation done. They replaced my battery and fixed my dead high beams. They said I needed an allignment. I took it to my tire dealer the next day, who found I needed replaced my battery and fixed my dead high beams. They said I needed an allignment. I took it to my tire dealer the next day, who found I needed a new strut as one of mine was "wet". So I had to call the dealer and bring it back another day to have them replace the strut. They said on their checklist that they checked it, but obviously they didn't, so I had to make another trip to the dealer. Other than than, everyone was very nice. More
Traci was incredible. She really went out of her way to help me and was genuinely friendly. I'm a little surprised at the small waiting area for Lexus owners. I'm used to Bellevue WA grand facility but thi help me and was genuinely friendly. I'm a little surprised at the small waiting area for Lexus owners. We live in Jackson, WY and have had our Lexus serviced twice at Peterson Lexus. We have had excellent service both times and Traci was great to work with. Because we are from out of town, it is importan twice at Peterson Lexus. We have had excellent service both times and Traci was great to work with.
