This is the dealer where I purchased my car. I always use them for service. Over all I have been satisfied. This time I made the appointment online ( I usually do). After I made the appointment I received an email titled "your appointment change". I made an appointment, I did not change an appointment. While I was there waiting for my car I received an email saying that my service was complete. When I got home I got another email about a "missed appointment". I did not miss the appointment and it is very odd that after receiving a "service completed" email I would receive a "missed appointment" email. Their online system seems to be a sh..show. More
