The excuse was that it had aftermarket rims but this is an untrue statement. The rims are the ones that came off delivery truck. I have difficulty getting my vehicle serviced due to my work schedule. I expect a brand dealer to be able to provide basic service. I was very disappointed with the reception and inability to complete basic service needs. More
