Outstanding service from everyone in the service department! We were traveling from VA back home to SC when we got the dreaded milage countdown message that we needed to service our DEF system. We w department! We were traveling from VA back home to SC when we got the dreaded milage countdown message that we needed to service our DEF system. We were down to 42 miles left before being put into the 5 MPH "limp mode". We had 145 miles left to make it home. The service department took us right in and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. They performed a manual regen on our RAM 3500, and cleared the code. We made it home with no further issues.
