We signed on our Jeep and drove away, came back the next day and we were told that the deal did not go through. So disappointed, but oh look we can sell you this other one because the first one could not b day and we were told that the deal did not go through. So disappointed, but oh look we can sell you this other one because the first one could not be financed, even though they shook hands and called it a done deal. Wait we thought that the first one was ours so we got the windows tinted. Well we will give you a free tinting on this other one. Go over there and they can get you right in. Watch out for the smoother, he will try to sweet talk you into believing everything is great. So the second deal is signed. We go all the way over to get the tint and guess what the tint guys cant do it because they need an appointment and no one from the dealership called them back, they are closeing and will not be able to do the tinting job. We drive back and get a signed card (business card) for a later date. We live three and a half hours away from the dealership. After all the gratitude and thanking us for serving our country, We were rushed away not knowing that there was a $500.00 Military and Veteran discount and or bonas cash, not being told this was a big deal. We love the second Jeep but would not go back to this particular dealership for anything.. We will and have found another parts place and dealership that have been not at all surprised that we were not happy with our experiance and who have helped us with our needs. More

Steven is a well mannered, motivated sales person. I enjoyed his willingness to help me select the car I wanted. His patience was noteworthy. Steven was not "pushy", and allowed me to come to my own decisions about the car I purchased. He was genuine in his concern for my needs. Jeremy did the financing. He also was very friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained all the "ins and outs" of financing my new car, and made the experience very painless. He was able to get me an awesome rate, which I appreciated very much. Like Steven, he was professional without being a "stuffed shirt". My only complaint is the wait, from making the decision, to getting to the financing....it was a bit long, and quite unnerving.
