Reason for service was very first oil change for brand new 2013 Journey. Quality of oil change service was good. Customer Service was good, however for a "free oil change" for the life of my vehicle, I h new 2013 Journey. Quality of oil change service was good. Customer Service was good, however for a "free oil change" for the life of my vehicle, I had to pay $2.38. It may not seem significant to you, but 'free' does not cost $2.38 per visit. Free means free with no money exchanged. My husband has an F250 and his oil changes are actually 'free' at Lithia. Also, the service Rep asked if I would like my Journey washed after it was serviced. Of course! Well, that was literally the WORST washing I had ever experienced! Even my 65-year-old neighbor made a comment of the streaks and dirt marks. I was so embarrassed. I literally took it to Metro Car Wash the next day and spent $10. So now my 'free' oil change cost me $12.38. I find it hard to believe that someone would take one look at that vehicle in that condition and let the customer pick it up that way. You might want to have a talk with whomever is in charge of the car wash. Horrible. More

Our experience with Stampede Dodge has always been exceptional, from the salesman Mike Corn to the Finance Manager, whom I am sorry to say I have forgotten his name. They both made the purchase of my vehicle very painless and pleasant. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Stampede Dodge and when we need another vehicle, Stampede Dodge and Mike Corn will be our first place to look. I have also received calls on my answering machine from the manager of the parts department and service department leaving a message to call if there if ever anything I need. Service department had car all day and didn't get in touch with me I had to call them twice. I had a oil change and rotation on tires done. Talked to service manager the next day he said $85 was the oil change. I had called earlier and found out it was $62. He told me if it was a money issue then I could go to a cheaper place, next day he called and said that they had overcharged me by $23. and they would send that to me in the mail. I was also told to get my car vacuumed it had to be in the lube shop, they couldn't drive it there since my coupon stated that is what I would get? I was very disappointed with this visit and am not sure I will go there again. More

My only complaint is minor. I would like to see them wipe up the spilled oil after they are done. I thought I had a leak but did not, just the oil had dripped down from under everything and made a small puddle overnight. They check a page full of items and are very thorough to spot minor weeps and such. The prior time I had it serviced there they noticed that my camper shell brake light was out. I repaired it myself, although this last visit it still showed as needing repair-guess the computer did not upgrade that notation is all. Minor complaints. I can barely buy the oil and filter myself and do it for this price. Then I have to dispose of the oil. And I really like that they wash the truck and it does a good job. Both of the young ladies that work the counter are outgoing and very friendly. More
