We just bought my new 2500 RAM Laramie Longhorn Limited from Peterson Stampede. Chris was by far the best salesmen I have ever had experienced. We live out of state and Chris kept in touch with me daily from Peterson Stampede. Chris was by far the best salesmen I have ever had experienced. We live out of state and Chris kept in touch with me daily both by text or a phone call and not with the annoying are you going to buy or what. He was answering my questions or keeping me updated on the status of the leveling kit and new wheels and tires I requested. He sent me several pictures from his phone through the process so I knew exactly what I was going to get after the ten hour drive. I can say I probably wasn't his pickiest customer but I am sure I was close, but every time I changed my mind on something he was quick to tell me no problem and they would get it done. Before we even left to go to the dealer we had customized our new truck and negotiated the price. Chris and the Peterson's Stampede Team worked very hard to ensure the truck was completely ready to go by the time we arrived. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by everyone in a way that made us feel as if we were their only costumers. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour and that included having the truck detailed again because Chris found dirt spots that he didn't like as well as the most detailed explanation of the trucks features. All in all the experience was completely worth the total 20 hours of total driving for my family and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, if anyone from the management team at Peterson Stampede reads this you need to give Chris a raise now!! More
