We took our car in for oil.change and tire rotation and this is now the 2nd time our rotation has not been done. They also didnt wash our car or vacuum like they normally do. First I am shocked that no one in the Qwik lube department was wearing a mask during a pandemic. Secondly I have asked my advisor to wash my vehicle and they did not. Third I had my tires rotated and then when my tires were 20 pounds below what they should’ve been I return to the department to have them refilled and was chastised for not wanting my tires to have the correct air pressure in them before I left the dealership. Also did not fill my DEF as requested.
