My husband & I bought a used Chrysler 200 Jan. 20, 2014. We went in just browsing not expecting to actually buy a car. Other lots wouldn't even talk to us or answer the simple questions we had. Our initial contact with Ashlee Feehan was terrific! She was very compassionate to our needs. But then when we got there, we were supposed to deal with one dealer (who happened to be busy) and ended up with someone else. We dealt with Carlos Diaz who went above and beyond to help us. We are pretty picky about what we like. Carlos went with us back and forth, back and forth on different vehicles. As we were just getting ready to leave, he wanted to show us one more! It was/is the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Carlos even helped us sync up our old phones to the Bluetooth before we left! If you go ANYWHERE else you won't be getting the best deal or have the best experience. We will never buy another car from anywhere else while living in this area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! We were looking on our computer at dealerships for a used or pre-owned SUV, luckily Ashley Feehan,has the fastest phone hands we have ever seen. We were very impressed with John, and very lucky to find the Toyota Rav 4. We are planning on buying some land so we didn't want payments. The Rav 4 fit our needs. We were in and out and on our way home in 3 hours tops!! That never happens, not even in the movies!!!
