They won my business going forward I purchased a vehicle at another dealer close by Peterson Stampede a few years ago that included an extended warranty. When my car suddenly had troub I purchased a vehicle at another dealer close by Peterson Stampede a few years ago that included an extended warranty. When my car suddenly had trouble, I took it to the dealer and they told me that they were unable to fix my vehicle because it "isn't a brand they normally work with"...even though I bought it there and got the warranty... I pulled up to Peterson and was greeted with friendly staff that got me on the schedule. After the initial diagnosis, there were several things that needed fixed. He got a hold of me the next day, let me know the warranty adjuster was coming the next day and he would let me know. The following day, he let me know that the warranty covered everything and that it would take about 3 days to fix. 2 days later, they called and it was done. The car runs beautifully now and I appreciate the speed with which they made the repairs. Shane kept in good contact with me through the whole process. As the title states, they have won my business. I will not be going back to the other dealer. I am in the market for a new truck in the next few months and I will be going to Peterson based solely on the way I was treated during this repair. More
