Parting Comments Zane was very nice through out the process...except for his parting comments.: When we test drove the vehicle, I noticed it was nearly empty on gas Zane was very nice through out the process...except for his parting comments.: When we test drove the vehicle, I noticed it was nearly empty on gas. so I made a mental note. As he was pairing up the phones I asked for some gas. He kind of waved me off. When he was finished with the "pairing" I asked again, and got n response...Hmmmmm.....So, when he asked me if there was anything else he could do I brought up the gas request again. His comment was..."I can't get you any gas because I didn't make enough money on this deal." REALLY! First of all I paid the fully advertise price for the vehicle. Sure, it was marked down, but I still paid that price. Secondly, I bought Gap and Warranty protection. Third...my trade in had over 3/4 tank of gas.....and finally, the vehicle was nearly empty, so much so that the fuel light came on before we got to the gas station just blocks away. Zane made no attempt to ask for gas, he just blew us off. This is the second vehicle we purchased at your dealership in the past 9 months. The first went fairly smooth, and left feeling like a vaued customer. My salesman, Steve Ruddell, was personable, helpful, fair, patient, and very professional. He was the reason I came back. I bragged about the service to my wife and we decided to come back. After this past experience...it will be hard to recommend you to a friend. More

We took it on a 1,000 road trip including windy mountain roads and a blizzard in northern Nevada. It is very comfortable on long journeys and handled the mountain roads and blizzard very well which was what we expected from the Jeep brand. More

Ashley showed me all of the new and used vehicles on the lot, and I fell in love with the 2014's. After despairing when I saw the price-tags, she got the finance guys on the case. They ran numbers on all the trucks and found one they could get me into! Throughout the entire experience, every single person at the dealership was helpful. No one pressured me towards decisions I wasn't comfortable making. Instead, they patiently answered the many, many questions I had. I have never before felt so good about a purchase and confident that I am in good hands for subsuquent vehicle service. Even if you are just looking, take the time to talk to the good people there. oil change the only reason I did not give 5 across the board was for quality of work we experienced a little oil leakage on the driveway after driving home only the only reason I did not give 5 across the board was for quality of work we experienced a little oil leakage on the driveway after driving home only a small puddle I did check the oil level and all appears well also the rear seat was not vacuumed either before or after the car wash.
