Will now have to put up with the rattle and come back in a month. Hard to believe a shock absorber is not readily available. Again, the service was great except for not having the part. More

Service I came in to have my new Jeep serviced for the 1st time. I pulled up to the quick lube…..employee took my information and told me that I could wait I came in to have my new Jeep serviced for the 1st time. I pulled up to the quick lube…..employee took my information and told me that I could wait in either wait room or walk around looking at vehicles. He would call my cell when work was completed. He also told me they would wash my Jeep. I had just hand washed it recently but a bird had dropped a mess on the hood. He told me they would send it to be detailed because I have a cargo carrier on top and they would not run it through the car wash. And that service would take longer ….30 minutes. I agreed as I have hand washed it since I added the cargo carrier. My son and I walked around the Lot & sat in the lg waiting area. After 40 min we walked over to check & my Jeep was still in the bay. After an hour & 15 min we walked back over to find that it was finished but employees said they were not told to call me. The bird mess on the hood had not been washed off only smeared around. At that point it appeared the Jeep had been run through the car wash not hand washed. I decided at that point that I would not be coming back to Peterson's for service. The next day when I opened my cargo carrier I notice a 4-5 inch crack that was not there 4 days earlier. I am very disappointed. More

Can't get emergency repairs fine quickly. If you need service done quickly don't count on this dealership to do it. He never pushed me into any certain car or made me feel pressured to buy a car right away instead he took time to find out what I really wanted and seemed to care about what would work out for me. I obviously had concerns, however, Ryan (sales) went way out of his way to do a walk through, took extra pics, found the detailed history of the truck and moreover, answered any questions I had with confidence and dealership guarantees. Brian (finance) was super easy to work with, very professional, overnight-ed all the paperwork with detailed instructions and highlighted where I had to sign, followed up extensively with me to assure a smooth transaction. He even assisted with a delivery person whom (Kurt) was fabulous to work with and had my truck dropped off in my driveway. Everything was exactly or even more then what I expected and can't say enough to the extent this team went to make my buying experience nothing less then fantastic.
