The time they took to inspect and determine whether the engine was covered or not was RIDICULOUS! (I'll never buy another one of those again.) We had agreed upon a final sales price over the phone and the salesman assured me the deal was going to happen. I arrived, test drove the vehicle one last time, during the drive I again asked the salesman if the deal was legit and he said his manager told him we had a deal at the agreed upon price. When it came to finalize the paperwork the vehicle was $3k off what was agreed to. They were unwilling to hold their end of the bargain and unfortunately for them, they've lost a customer (my friends and family) for a lifetime. Very disappointing when you can't trust the word of a man. To make matters worse, they sent my salesman away to work with another customer at the time and then threw him under the bus saying he misunderstood what was said. More

I had exchanged several emails with two person and made an appointment to come to the dealership thinking that one of these two persons was going to be helping me. When I arrived at my appointed time one of these person was gone on vacation, well no problem. Then the other person was "busy" so I ended up with Roland Rivera, I am a believer things happen for a reason, and from beginning to end he worked diligently to assist me in every way. Just a comment it sure would have been nice to at least have had one or both of the folks I had dealt with on the internet let me know neither of them would be assisting me before I arrived for my appointment. Then when Roland took me out to show me the vehicle I was interested in he discovered it had a dead battery and it took awhile before that issue was resolved and then there were a couple other small glitches, but not because Roland wasn't doing his very best, he was fixing other peoples mistakes. Anyway to make a long story a little shorter Roland did a superb job and I would certainly tell friends I know to ask for him and his help anytime. One other comment I have was that I did get a "coupon" offer from the internet and as a matter of fact it popped up again when I came onto this site, but I wasn't able to use this coupon and it left me with a bad feeling. In the long run I was able to get into a new car and am happy with my Chrysler 200. Thanks so very much Roland for all you did and for what you went through for me and a Big Thanks to Brian for his hard work to get me financed, I know it was a challenge. More

No salesman's preaching, no begging, just a honest statement. At first, we had a attitude of, "well, this guy knows nothing". But, because of the "knows nothing" attitude, he was willing to work with us, check the specification and learn together with us. When we checked on couple cars that we were not impressed, Jared offered to help us to do more research and found one. We came back at Saturday 8PM to start our purchase process. Jared worked with us until 11PM. Everyone left, door was close. He was the only one in the parking lot to show us all the features. He is a Honest Salesman! More

Buying a truck with my son, a great experience I was not a Dodge fan! I drive a Chevy and always have, so when my oldest boy, Drake, was ready to buy his first truck I cringed when he HAD to have I was not a Dodge fan! I drive a Chevy and always have, so when my oldest boy, Drake, was ready to buy his first truck I cringed when he HAD to have a Dodge. We met Steven at 2:15 and drove the truck Drake had picked out. Grandpa was with us and turned Drake towards an automatic transmission and away from a stick shift. This caused a problem as Peterson Stampede did not have an automatic in the model we wanted. Steven went above and beyond in his customer service to find Drake the perfect truck. He even left Nampa and drove to Boise to get Drake the truck he wanted. I bought a Chevy truck last year from a competitor next door to Peterson and there was night and day difference in the customer service. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received with my Chevy. Because of the service and help we received from Steven & the Peterson team, if I need another truck I would greatly consider a Dodge! The transaction was really easy and everyone at the dealership was really friendly from finding the vehicle on the internet to discussing over the phone the whole process was easy. My only complaint is I did not test drive it (my fault) I was told when a deposit is made they test everything including driving it, so when I left and got up to highway speeds and realized the the wheels were out of balance, I went back to the dealership and they performed a spin balance and all four wheels were off (one was off 7 ounces) No harm done just added more time to my already long drive. Overall very pleased with my experience and would do business with again. More
