Vehicle not offered at the price marked While working with the sales person he was nice and polite but they did not offer the vehicle at the price as marked. They said this was an error and While working with the sales person he was nice and polite but they did not offer the vehicle at the price as marked. They said this was an error and to be considerate they would offer 1K off the original price. Then after saying no and leaving the dealership I looked online and sure enough it was priced the newly marked price. So it just seemed quite underhanded to lie and say that no that's not the price and then offer it for that price. The people were nice it just left an uneasy feeling about doing business with them on a big purchase like a vehicle. More

Horrible Dealership Horrible Horrible experience here. Called a week in advance to tell them that I lived 4 hours away and they had 3 cars I wanted to look at. They checked up with me and made sure things were good to go and even called the day before to make sure we were still on for our appointment to look at the cars and when I got there the cars seemed to be "missing" only to find out they were actually both sold "late last night." The internet sales lady Stephanie was very helpful and kind and so was the salesman Zack but I will NEVER go back here because they could care less to give me a call and say that 2 of the 3 cars you were looking at HAVE BEEN SOLD. The third car that was there had a HUGE scratch on the rear left passenger door and it was down to the metal and they didn't factor that into the price. When I told them my concerns and that I wasn't sure that the car was worth coming up here for they said okay have a nice day. They didn't ask if I wanted to look around at other cars or find something similar so we left and went right across the street to a more reputable dealership and had the best of luck finding a car there. I will never recommend any peterson dealerships to anyone I know. Very disappointed.. More
