New car purchase When I went in I told the sales people I wanted GPS plus 4 wheel drive. The model I selected had these features. When I got the car home the GPS wasn't working so they told me to bring the car in. When I got there they told me I had to pay an additional $595.00 to activate the GPS. Very upset in the additional fee that they didn't tell me about. would not recommend this dealership. More

Best Darn vehichle buying experience ever. I was at the dealership for other business but as I waited Gus Ayala asked if he could help me with something. As he were talking I mentioned that I I was at the dealership for other business but as I waited Gus Ayala asked if he could help me with something. As he were talking I mentioned that I may be interested in looking at leasing a 2017 model ram. As I needed to wait for my business meeting we proceeded to see what vehicles he had that might meet my criteria of which I settled on one. He then asked just a few short questions and was off to get a lease quote done for me. Within a couple of minutes he was back and I needed it tweeked just a bit to meet my payment needs which he took back and BOOM it was a done deal. There was no pressure nothing just the most courteous, enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had in my life. If you want to experience the same everyone needs to visit Stampede motors and meet their wonderful staff but most of all be sure and meet up with Gus Ayala he is awesome to deal with. More

Terrible Manager and Service After doing our homework, we showed up ready to buy. We found the truck and asked them to give us a price...they told us in nice terms that they weren After doing our homework, we showed up ready to buy. We found the truck and asked them to give us a price...they told us in nice terms that they weren't going to give us a price and to keep shopping. Then they asked us if we had several hours to kill to stay and haggle with hem. We politely told them no, give us your lowest and best price (again). The manager was a jerk about it even when asked when why they wouldn't give us a price on the truck we wanted, they wouldn't give us a reason. The salesman was nice but inexperienced and you can tell they are only there for looks. The manager controls everything and it felt like a scene out of the show "let's make a deal". Stupid, unprofessional and not worth our time or money. More
